The Third Trimester
 
The third trimester means that you're almost at the end of the road! The third trimester of pregnancy spans from week 28 to the birth.

During this final trimester, your baby grows larger and the body organs mature. You're sure to feel your little one moving, especially between the 27th and 32nd weeks.

In the final 2 months of pregnancy, your baby becomes too big easily move around inside you, and through the growth, you'll notice that there is less and less movement.

At the end of the third trimester, a fetus usually settles into a head-down position in the uterus.
